Description Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – California We’re expanding access to virtual mental health services and looking for licensed therapists to join our team. Job Type: Full-time, remote Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Responsibilities: Provide virtual therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and develop treatment strategies. Ensure timely documentation of client interactions and progress. Partner with a multidisciplinary team to create and modify care plans. Address urgent mental health concerns with effective crisis intervention techniques. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting. Strong ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
