Role: Salesforce Lead Developer
Location: Remote.

Job Description:
The Salesforce Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience, Marketing). This role involves leading technical delivery, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in architecture, coding, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development:
·                Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
·                Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
·                Implement CPQ workflows, pricing rules, and product configurations.
Integration & Data Management:
·                Integrate Salesforce with ERP, middleware, and third-party applications using APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Workato.
·                Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
DevOps & Quality Assurance:
·                Manage version control and deployments using Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins).
·                Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and maintain technical documentation.
Leadership & Collaboration:
·                Mentor junior developers and guide the team on best practices.
·                Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
·                Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
                     Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
                     Technical Expertise:
                     Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.
                     Experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, CPQ (Marketing Cloud is a plus).
                     Proficiency in integration patterns and API development.
                     Tools & Processes:
                     Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines.
                     Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
                     Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Admin, and preferably Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
                     Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
