We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, Windows and Azure Cloud Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience at L3 level with L1 exposure on Linux administration. This role involves supporting critical infrastructure services and ensuring smooth operations across environments.

·       Manage and support Active Directory services, including user and group administration.

·       Configure and troubleshoot DNS for internal and external environments.

·       Perform day-to-day operations and support for Azure cloud services.

·       Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance with policies and benchmarks.

·       Should be able to perform L1 Linux tasks

·       Provide timely resolution for incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

·       L2/L2.5 level experience in infrastructure support.

·       Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS administration.

·       Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and configurations.

·       Basic understanding of networking concepts.

·       Willingness to learn Linux basics (no prior deep expertise required).

·       Good communication and problem-solving skills.
