Description The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a Brand Engagement Manager to join our team! This role exists to drive SMB Team top of funnel growth and full funnel acceleration through brand visibility and engagement. They will own and execute B2B organic social media strategy, manage social engagement across channels, and moderate online communities, helping us build a loyal, active audience through owned and third-party communities. In addition, they will be a key driver in B2B content strategy and creation - amplifying the expertise within our company and extending its impact on lead generation, winning new clients, and upselling existing clients. Working in close partnership with Sales, Client Services/Product, and Marketing, this role covers both strategy and execution to directly connect engagement to revenue. The choice is yours! The base salary for this role is $80,000-$85,000 based on experience. Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership Partner with the Marketing creative team and paid team, as well as project manager, to work together cohesively and collaboratively. Along with your manager, define the KPIs for your channels that align with success. Set an example across the team as a proactive, hands-on, and analytical Marketer. Stay on top of marketing trends for marketing content and community engagement strategies. Ensure everything you create represents SMB Teamâs brand and tone with professionalism and accuracy. Community Management & Engagement Own daily interactions within online communities, including forums, social media groups, and message boards, responding in a timely and empathetic manner. Create and manage a welcoming environment by moderating posts and comments to ensure they align with community guidelines. Foster positive discussions by implementing strategies to encourage constructive feedback. Identify and address any negative behavior or toxic discussions and intervene when necessary to ensure the community remains respectful and supportive. Develop and implement a strategy for responding to customer reviews on platforms like Google. Brand Reputation Create a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals Execute posts across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement, optimizing for each platform. Execute blog posts and website updates to drive SEO and organic growth. Ensure all team-generated materials align with established brand guidelines. Regularly audit and review external-facing content to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and design across all channels. Monitor and report on social performance insights to optimize for future content strategies. Content Strategy and Creation Along with your team, determine the content strategy for the website, social media, email, the salesâ experience, and more. Co-create a content calendar and manage the execution of aspects of it alongside your team members. Leverage expertise across the company to create content that is value-add, educational and represents our brand well, including case studies, blogs, emails, etc. Leverage AI to improve the speed and efficiency of content creation, while ensuring the substance and brand reflection quality is high. Requirements 5-10+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, and content creation, preferably in a similar industry. Community management experience, managing online groups, fostering positive discussions, and addressing customer concerns. Social media scheduling proficiency â has managed content calendars and scheduling systematically. Content creation and editing skills â able to write clear, engaging, brand-aligned blogs, articles, case studies etc. Strong analytics background â comfortable interpreting data, using it to optimize campaigns, and presenting insights to leadership. Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media analytics reporting platforms. Strategic thinker + detailed, hands-on executor â able to own strategy and also roll up sleeves to implement, test, and refine multiple campaigns. Strong problem solving and conflict-resolution skills, particularly in online community interactions. Team player, who enjoys being a part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team This is a fully remote position but requires candidates live within driving distance of our office in Bala Cynwyd, PA, for periodic content creation and other meetings as needed.
