You’re proactive and self-propelled, able to move work forward independently but always open to collaboration and feedback. You’re comfortable working across a range of scales and speeds — from fast-turn social and content capture to complex, multi-channel campaigns. You balance vision with practicality, maintaining momentum without sacrificing craft.

You know how to interpret brand strategy into creative solutions that feel fresh and intentional. You communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and can manage multiple projects without losing sight of detail. You’re calm, resourceful, and collaborative; a partner who elevates the work and the people around you.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Professional Creative, preferably from agency or DTC in-house environments
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptually driven work across brand, campaign, and content.
  • Hands-on experience creating for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, with a strong understanding of what drives performance on each.
  • Proven experience art directing photo and video shoots, including pre-production, capture, and post.
  • On-set production experience and the ability to work seamlessly with photographers, directors, and production partners.
  • Deep interest in utilizing various AI models to optimize workflows and enhance creative output, with a strong curiosity for how emerging technologies will continue to shape and evolve the creative production.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Social, Creative, and external partners.
  • Strong creative instincts and refined visual sensibility across photography, typography, and motion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion or editing tools a plus.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver on time.
  • Deep understanding of how to build and extend brand systems with consistency and craft.
  • Curiosity, openness, and the drive to keep pushing creative and cultural boundaries.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support Creative Leadership in developing and executing visual direction across campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Develop and produce creative that ladders up to campaign narratives, brand systems, and long-term creative strategy.
  • Concept and execute photo, video, design language, and full 360 campaigns—from ideation through delivery.
  • Work fluidly across scales: from fast-turn social and content capture to large-scale narrative and campaign work.
  • Integrate into Seed’s in-house creative team to produce content for owned and social channels, while building asset libraries for both new and evergreen workflows.
  • Partner with product marketing teams to ensure all creative delivers against strategic goals and maintains a unified brand voice.
  • Contribute to the development of both short form (TV, OOH) and  long-form storytelling (franchiseable serial content), supporting direction through production, post, and finishing.
  • Assist directing and and support photo and video shoots, translating conceptual ideas into elevated, on-brand visual outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners—building alignment, trust, and clarity through every stage of production.
    Contribute to maintaining and evolving Seed’s visual identity, balancing consistency with innovation.
  • Mentor junior designers and creative peers, providing constructive feedback and helping shape team standards for craft, communication, and collaboration.
  • Operate with flexibility and composure—able to pivot quickly, adapt to feedback, and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Uphold a positive, solutions-oriented approach, helping create an environment of creativity, accountability, and mutual respect.

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $110k-$130k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required.
