How will your role help us transform hope into reality?
The Associate Director, International Forecasting & Analytics will be a key member of the International Commercial Operations team, responsible for leading the sales forecasting and brand analytics for AYVAKIT/AYVAKYT across international markets. This position will be a critical in-market and regional enabling role and will work closely with Int’l Brand Team members, Country commercial leads, and will act as an important advisor to the International Leadership team. Additionally, this role will be responsible for defining and establishing a regionally lead Forecasting and Analytics service model to enable Int’l Blueprint to elevate its forecasting analytics capabilities, process, and provide centralize Forecasting and analysis support top countries. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting, data analytics, and brand performance, with a strong background in rare disease, allergy/immunology, or biotech. Also, he/she will demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment, manage competing demands and adapt to changing priorities with maturity and professionalism.
What will you do?
Sales Forecasting (50%)
- Design and implement a regionally lead Forecasting and Analytics service model to meet Int’l region and countries forecasting and analytics needs, including country-level sales forecast development and Region/Country analytics insights.
- Lead the development and management of robust, data-driven short- & long-term revenue forecast for Ayvakyt and future pipeline products
- Partner with country GM/Commercial leads to ensure country’s sales forecast assumptions are aligned with market trends, brand strategy and business expectations
- Deliver monthly short-term forecast updates incorporating latest market dynamics and insights to inform Int’l latest estimate
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical) to ensure market dynamics, opportunity, competitive insights and Pricing & Reimbursement assumptions are accurately captured.
- Closely collaborate with US/Global forecasting team to ensure alignment and consistency around forecasting process and assumptions
- Closely partner with Int’l Supply chain team to support Int’l Ayvakyt demand planning
- Assess new forecasting approaches and methods that aim to improve forecast accuracy and improve operational efficiency across the organization
Brand Performance & Analytics (50%)
- Monitor and evolve our Key performance indicators (KPI) to assess brand performance.
- Deliver monthly International Brand performance dashboards consolidating performance data, and cross-functional insights
- Develop and deliver analytical findings and insights to Int’l and country leadership teams to support decision-making
- Continuously evaluate additional data sources (e.g., IQVIA, rare disease registries) to complement insights and support performance tracking.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (i.e. IT, Finance) to streamline data collection, storage, and processing systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Deliver ad-hoc data analysis and reports as requested by International Commercial and/or country teams.
What minimum qualifications do we require?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Statistics, Data Science).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting and analytics.
- Experience and knowledge of international markets (i.e. ex-US market dynamics and environment)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage external data and analytics vendors.
- Strong written and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management and Regional Leadership teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance).
- Fluent in English
What additional qualifications will make you a stronger candidate?
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in rare disease, allergy/immunology, or biotech forecasting is preferred.
- Experience working with international data sources (e.g., IQVIA, rare disease registries).
- Experience in defining and implementing external forecast and analytics support models.
