We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog. Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth workflow for the development teams. Foster an environment of self-organization and accountability within the teams. Provide coaching and guidance to the team members on Agile practices and principles. Track and report on team progress and performance metrics. Enhance team communication and collaboration across all levels. Advise on improvements and support the implementation of Agile best practices. Participate in community of practice and share insights on Agile methodologies. Requirements Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. A passion for promoting a continuous improvement culture.
