THE ROLE The Lead Host leads the guest experience, orchestrating the flow and leveraging an established network to curate the energy of the room. RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Curation Maintain a strong and consistent presence on the floor, remaining cool under pressure and leading with composure. Actively cultivate and leverage personal networks within Los Angeles to optimize the room. Flow & Infrastructure Review all reservations prior to service and identify opportunities for problem solving or personalization. Ensure all guest details and reservation systems are maintained accurately. Training & Administration Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to the host team. Process all guest disputes, concerns and complaints in a timely manner. Perform additional support tasks and duties as requested by leaders. QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES 5+ years of equivalent hospitality experience. In possession of an established, strong network within the Los Angeles hospitality, arts, or culture scene. Familiarity with reservation management systems (e.g. Resy) is essential.
