As a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of strategic market accounts within the North America Corporate Security Practice. Partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for renewals, expansion and driving measurable outcomes. This role combines strategic account ownership, account management and expansion opportunity within a defined portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Corporate Security, Public Safety or Government Technology programs, excels in relationship management and thrives in a mission-driven environment. The Sr. Corporate Security Account Manager will carry a quota focused on renewals, upsells and account expansion, ensuring every account continues to realize measurable value from Kaseware’s platform. Job Type: Full-time, Exempt Responsibilities and Duties: Manage a defined portfolio of strategic Corporate Security accounts across North America, ensuring renewals, satisfaction and sustained adoption. Own and exceed assigned quota, focused on retention, upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Become proficient in demonstrating the Kaseware platform. Conduct QBRs and executive meetings to communicate results, adoption metrics and roadmap alignment. Develop multi-year account plans aligned with account objectives, procurement timelines and Kaseware’s growth strategy. Report directly to the Director of Corporate Security Practice Lead for North America, maintaining alignment on account priorities, delivery schedules and issue resolution. Identify opportunities for account expansion through deeper platform utilization and user adoption initiatives. Partner with Solutions, Product, Marketing and Delivery teams to deliver account outcomes. Build cross-account collaboration and advocacy, building reference networks to drive account success stories and future growth. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account health metrics in Salesforce, including renewal status, upsell pipeline and account risk indicators. Travel requirements: Up to 50% within North America. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required) Required Skills & Experience: 6-10 years in enterprise SaaS account management or B2B sales. Proven success owning quotas and managing complex accounts. Experience working with multi-stakeholder accounts. Strong sales forecasting and pipeline management experience. Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Background in public safety, government technology, or SaaS environment is strongly preferred. Experience in the security, intelligence, or law enforcement sectors. Other Requirements: Languages: English.
