Description Therapist Supervisor Position: Full-Time Location: Newark, New Jersey Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking a Therapist Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight to a dedicated team of mental health professionals. In this role, you’ll help shape high-quality therapeutic care by ensuring effective supervision, strong communication, and compliance with clinical standards. Responsibilities: Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to therapists and associate clinicians. Review treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes for accuracy and compliance. Support team members through regular one-on-one meetings and case consultations. Collaborate with leadership on program development and performance goals. Uphold ethical and professional standards of clinical practice. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
