Join our multilingual Support Team and assist our customers in making the most of Promethean’s innovative technology. You’ll handle technical queries, provide expert guidance, and make sure every issue is resolved efficiently and professionally.


Annual salary range: PLN 86,800 – 129,900 + BONUS ELIGIBLE
(in monthly terms approx. PLN 7,200 – 10,800)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide 1st & 2nd line support via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Promethean hardware and software.
    • Log all cases accurately in the system and follow up through to resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues when needed and collaborate with internal teams.
    • Contribute to process improvements and small projects to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

    • 2–3+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
    • Solid understanding of computer systems and operating environments.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
    • Fluent German and English.
