Job Summary
As “Director, OEM Integrations” you are identifying our OEM integrations strategy (paths to integrate), overseeing day-to-day team operations (how the team executes the work and partners with other teams internally and externally), further strengthening the relationships with our OEM partners in the US and Canada, communicating the team’s story and outcomes across the organization (key metrics, themes, challenges), and continuously seeking opportunities to provide maximum value to the business through our interface investments (impact on products and services).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluation and Enhancement of OEM Integration Strategies:
The Director will evaluate existing OEM integration strategies, carefully assessing their effectiveness and identifying potential alternatives when necessary. This approach is critical to enable the rapid and efficient delivery of solutions across a high volume of practices. Additionally, the Director will explore new OEM integration strategies to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of innovation and operational efficiency. - Team Coaching and Process Adherence:
A core aspect of this role involves coaching team members to ensure strict adherence to established processes and the effective management of projects. This will be achieved by utilizing best practice project management skills, fostering a culture of accountability, and promoting excellence in execution. - Process Improvement and Operational Scale:
The Director is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to scale operations in alignment with the company's growth projections. Driving internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions, removing roadblocks, and promoting standardization are essential to delivering high-impact projects that align with business objectives and enhance program effectiveness. - Program Health Monitoring and Strategic Alignment:
Regular updates on program health and future opportunities will be presented to leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Maintaining continuous alignment with strategic business objectives is vital to ensure all initiatives support the broader goals of the organization. - Collaboration and Leadership:
The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to modify program priorities and approaches as needed, enhancing overall effectiveness toward business results and strategic intent. This role also provides critical leadership to ensure the overall quality of project planning and execution, proactively minimizing and mitigating project risks throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading a large portfolio of integrations projects
- 5+ years leading direct reports at a Director level
- Extensive experience leading integrations projects through the full lifecycle
- Proven track record of building and managing strong teams
- Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational targets
- Experience in vendor management
Preferred Skills
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a technical field or other relevant fields

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$125,400 - $209,000 USD
