Responsibilities:

    • Research trending keywords, competitor Shorts, and evergreen “how-to” topics.
    • Script and film short, snappy videos using the HPC framework (Hook → Progression → Climax).
    • Repurpose footage from bigger shoots into bite-sized content.
    • Add captions, optimize pacing, and ensure every Short hooks in under 3 seconds.
    • Upload consistently, monitor analytics, and iterate on titles, tags, and structure.
    • Focus on SEO-driven daily Shorts output.

Experience:

    • 1–5 years in content creation, editing, or social media.
    • Comfortable filming/editing end-to-end solo (DIY mentality).
    • Prior experience managing a YouTube/TikTok channel
