Director of Client Experience & Hospitality – Be the Heartbeat of the Brown Haven Experience
Location: Alpharetta, GA | Type: Full-Time | Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
*Role requires travel to local offices 2 to 3 days per week.

As our Director of Client Experience & Hospitality, you’ll be the face, voice, and heartbeat of Brown Haven across multiple markets. You’ll own the client journey, champion our culture, and ensure every family, partner, and community member experiences the warmth, professionalism, and hospitality that define our brand. This isn’t a support role — it’s a foundational leadership position with the autonomy to build a team, shape local culture, and set the standard for excellence across 8 design studios.

- Own the Experience Metrics. Track and report on client delight (NPS, reviews), community visibility, and culture health to drive continuous improvement.

Your Competitive Edge:
- Required Leadership Background in Hospitality & Client Experience. 7–10 years in hospitality, customer experience, or community engagement. You know how to curate memorable moments, represent a premium brand with polish, and create Raving Fans through every interaction.
- Education Preferred, Passion Required. A bachelor’s degree preferred – but genuine passion, emotional intelligence, and results matter more.
