POSITION DESCRIPTION The Program Manager â Piles / Manufacturing Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring end-to-end coordination of manufacturing activities across Unimactsâ global production network. This role bridges operations between the Conroe, TX facility and India-based manufacturing teams , ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and programs, this individual drives production planning, manages ERP execution, and maintains alignment between domestic and international operations. The Program Manager also supports the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring Unimactsâ commitments are met with precision, efficiency, and excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Global Manufacturing Coordination Coordinate and oversee production activities across Conroe and India manufacturing operations. Track weekly production progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to meet delivery schedules. Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on material flow and delivery timelines. 2. Customer Interface Serve as the primary liaison (SPOC) for assigned customers and programs. Manage expectations, provide proactive updates, and support commercial alignment on schedules, deliverables, and accounts receivables. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers through responsiveness, accuracy, and transparency. 3. On-Site Program Management (Conroe) Lead daily operations meetings to align production priorities with global manufacturing schedules. Coordinate local production resources and ensure execution to plan. Facilitate effective communication between the Conroe plant and international manufacturing teams. 4. ERP & Documentation Management Create, track, and manage Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics). Monitor inventory levels, raw material availability, and inbound/outbound logistics in ERP. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and production dashboards. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sourcing, and Shipping teams to ensure project success. Drive accountability and establish clear communication across functions. Facilitate daily/weekly coordination meetings to address constraints and ensure execution against KPIs. 6. Production Planning & SIOP Execution Own the local production planning process in Conroe. Develop and manage detailed production schedules aligned with customer forecasts. Optimize capacity utilization, labor allocation, and process efficiency to meet delivery goals. Support the companyâs Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) cycle to ensure full operational readiness. Requirements Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field . 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven experience managing multi-site or international operations (U.S. and India preferred). Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to work on-site full-time in Conroe, TX and travel occasionally to customer or supplier sites. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in solar pile manufacturing , steel fabrication , or industrial metals . Familiarity with SIOP , NPI , and PPAP processes. Understanding of global supply chain dynamics and vendor management. International experience with global customers and suppliers. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Dynamics 365. Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Apply for this job
