Description POSITION: Bakery Technician REPORTS TO: Plant Director We are looking for a Bakery Technician to join our Plant Operations team at our Rossville Plant! Our Bakery Technician will be working closely with the R&D and Operations teams to support standardization in our operations, as well as product development and commercialization efforts. Responsibilities include troubleshooting dough issues on the production line, delivering consistent training to the production team, and conducting bake tests for new and existing products or ingredients. You may work odd hours on occasion, including early morning or late-night shifts, to accommodate our customer and operational needs.
