SUMMARY OF POSITION The Sales Campaign Manager will design, coordinate, and execute strategic sales campaigns to drive qualified opportunities and pipeline growth for Meteor Education, a private-equity-backed leader in the K-12 and post-secondary learning environments market. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on planning and executing targeted campaigns while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing teams. The Sales Campaign Manager will own end-to-end campaign design, from segmentation and messaging strategy to execution and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with sales goals and a strong return on investment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Strategy & Planning Support the design of integrated campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. Define target segments, goals, and messaging with Sales and Product. Maintain a campaign calendar to ensure alignment with broader go-to-market initiatives. Campaign Execution & Management Build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Salesforce/Pardot and CRM workflows. Run email, nurture, and prospecting campaigns; ensure landing pages and assets are aligned with campaign goals. Repurpose demand generation content into sales-ready materials. Coordinate with Marketing on digital, paid, and social activations. Lead Management & Sales Alignment Partner with Revenue Operations on lead scoring, qualification, and routing. Ensure smooth MQL handoff to Sales and monitor conversion performance. rack campaign-sourced pipeline and flag improvement opportunities. Performance Analysis & Optimization Own reporting on campaign KPIs (opens, CTR, conversions, pipeline influence). Share insights with Sales/Marketing leadership and make recommendations for optimization. Identify trends that inform future campaign design. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or campaign management. Experience working in B2B environments; experience in the education industry is a plus. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce / Pardot strongly preferred). Skills and Abilities Strong campaign planning and project management skills. Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns with clear objectives and measurable outcomes. Familiarity with lead management workflows, scoring models, and sales handoff best practices. Competency in marketing analytics and reporting, with the ability to draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus. Attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with external vendors or agencies is a plus.
