- Enforce global data quality standards and govern the supplier-led process for maintaining bank/tax details via the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), including mandatory 2FA security.
- Manage automated document expiration alerts and ensure all historical compliance documents, risk checks, and audit trails are accurately retained within the system.
- Develop training and communication plans to drive internal adoption, while continuously monitoring and improving the supplier registration experience within the CSP.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience managing and configuring the Coupa Platform
- Proven experience integrating third-party risk or financial due diligence tools into a procurement platform
- Strong understanding of P2P, S2C, and Accounts Payable business processes, particularly tax, insurance, and banking documentation requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, and Legal teams
