Description Therapist Supervisor Position: Full-Time Location: Lakewood, New Jersey Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play an essential role in guiding a team of therapists who provide mental health services across multiple programs. You’ll offer supervision, structure, and insight to ensure care meets the highest clinical standards while promoting a supportive work environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision, case review, and feedback to therapists and interns. Monitor compliance with agency, state, and federal documentation standards. Conduct regular team meetings to review cases and share best practices. Support staff performance and training initiatives. Collaborate on process improvements and client service models. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
