Location: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34201 (Conveniently located near UTC/BJs, exit 213) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm What You’ll Do: Reach out to each customer after delivery to ensure their complete satisfaction. Conduct friendly, pre-scripted post-delivery interviews to capture valuable feedback. Deliver detailed, accurate reports to management on customer experiences. Maintain meticulous call logs and keep customer records up-to-date. Identify and escalate any urgent issues for rapid response. Follow up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction remains top-notch. Always adhere to company policies and demonstrate the highest standards of service. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred. Friendly, positive, and engaging communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle tough situations with a smile. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
