Join a talented, fast-growing team committed to solving some of the most complex and impactful problems in sales performance management.

About the Role
CaptivateIQ’s Professional Services team builds complex, high-impact solutions for our largest customers. We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled architect to join our team to support both incentive payment and crucial financial reporting needs.

As a Professional Services Architect, Accounting & Reporting, you will design and ship end-to-end implementations, turning messy data, unique compensation plans, and complex accounting requirements into elegant, scalable models. You will own modeling quality and performance, acting as the technical SME in modeling and the accounting SME in reporting. You'll specialize in guiding customers and partners through commission plan modeling and the associated ASC 340, ASC 606, and IFRS 15 accounting and reporting requirements, ensuring our solutions are not only efficient for incentive calculation but also compliant and effective for financial operations. You will bring an enthusiasm for problem-solving and modeling that sets a new standard for best-in-class professional services.

This role is an incredible opportunity to work with a dynamic, growing team and directly influence product and delivery outcomes through close collaboration with Engineering and Product.

    • Architect and build scalable calculation models in CaptivateIQ, owning model quality, performance, and long-term hygiene while maximizing efficiency and repeatability.

    • Translate unique customer requirements—covering both compensation plans and accounting methodologies—into efficient, repeatable system configurations.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success on priorities and delivery.
    • Contribute to the team by developing best practices, templates, and standards to raise modeling and delivery quality across the organization.

    • Knowledge of ASC 340, ASC 606, or IFRS 15 related to commission capitalization, amortization, and sales compensation accounting structures.
