About The Job / Key Responsibilities You’re the first line of communication Solve problems, manage projects and ensure team leader’s time is focused on the highest priority initiatives Support our licensed agents, helping them grow their businesses by holding them accountable for lead flow & follow-up Bring order and manage through change and chaos Plan & coordinate client & marketing events Help Recruit Top Talent Create marketing/sales presentations Administrative Support: Secure all required documents & work with condo associations and sellers on ensuring all information is available & accurate prior to going live with any property for sale or rent. Strong writing, editing & proofreading skills + skilled communicator Education & Experience Three to five years prior experience in a similar role, supporting an organization’s leader or senior manager Real Estate experience is a plus, but not necessary Hours & Salary In-Office position in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood Hours 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience Apply for this job
