Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description Beond, a leading premium leisure airline, is seeking skilled and dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Beond, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet. Key Responsibilities Perform line maintenance on A320 family aircrafts in accordance with Technical manuals Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements Use proper tools, equipment, and safety procedures when handling components, chemicals, and fluids Ensure tasks are completed on time and report to supervisors/certifying engineers Maintain safe, clean work practices and a positive image Assist the LAE in performing all planned/unplanned maintenance on the aircraft during the assigned ground time and to the highest possible standards. Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented and recorded in the MIS as per company procedures. Perform removal and installation of components under the supervision of the LAE. Ensure all company property such as spare parts and tools are handled properly and returned back to the store in an acceptable condition. Ensure proper handover is provided to the incoming shift to update them about the shift activities and highlight items requiring additional attention during the upcoming shift. Prepare for major or critical items in the upcoming shift in coordination with LAE to ensure work can be carried out as planned. Any other activities as required by the Manager – Maintenance and necessitated by operations. Skills and Knowledge Familiarity with Quality, Compliance, and Safety Management System Knowledge of A320 systems Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication skills with attention to detail Requirements Aircraft courses and training certificates and validated records of recent maintenance experience Initial and valid recurrent training certificates on Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, SMS, and EWIS Completed technical education in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably on A320 family aircraft. Knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and regulatory compliance is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and technical documentation.
