Dext recently launched in April 2025 a new business unit. Weâre looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Account Executive ready to own the full sales cycle and drive outbound growth. ð The role - what youâll do: As a Senior Account Executive, youâll drive new business growth by identifying potential SaaS companies and converting them into successful partnerships. Youâll own and manage the full 360° sales cycle (from out-reach, demo to closing) while aligning with the Head of API Sales to support our strategic goals and collaborating with our marketing and product teams. The day-to-day: Proactively build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts using a mix of outbound strategies (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, events). Drive collaboration with other client-facing teams and marketing to enhance inbound opportunities. Develop & demonstrate consultative selling techniques. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and challenges, and tailoring solutions to demonstrate the value and impact of our product in a competitive and evolving market. Contribute to the evolution of the sales process by sharing best practices, improving internal workflows, and supporting the team with coaching and peer learning - becoming a reliable go-to person within the sales team. See who you would be reporting to linkedin.com/in/sofjabri About you - what we are looking for: Weâre looking for a proven Account Executive with solid years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in Fintech/AI Sales. You're a pro at managing a clean, high-performing pipeline. You know your CRM inside out, keeping every deal, note, and stage up to date. You bring structure and clarity to the sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your prospecting. You're not just here to close, you're here to build, test, and improve the entire approach. You build your own pipeline from scratch, finding creative ways to engage prospects. Strong outbound sales experience, including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.). A solid grasp of structured sales methodologies (ex: MEDDIC or similar), and the ability to connect with the CEO, CTO and CPO. Mindset & Soft Skills: You thrive on autonomy and initiative, with the ability to create your own pipeline and opportunities in a mature market. You're curious and eager to discover AI applications for business needs and support your prospects in navigating them, while sharing your knowledge internally to refine our product.
