About The Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with the agency account teams and functional departments across all channels to ensure all client work is delivered on time and on budget. You will serve as the key point-person who understands the scope of a client engagement and will manage how work gets done within the agency.
What you'll do
- Manage effective, efficient workflow of all sales training projects across a number of accounts
- Collaborates with all agency teams to establish effective project plans, timelines, forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
- Prepare and manage client MLR submissions
- Develops timelines and advises on estimates; manages projects to remain on time and budget; flags timing and budget concerns to course correct
- Leading and preparing for internal status meetings with the team
- Project setup in our workflow management system - Workfront
- Work with internal team to define program requirements and system specifications. Work with client on as-needed basis
- Ensure that issues and risks are anticipated, identified and properly escalated and resolved. Seek final resolution on all issues so projects do not stall or fall out of scope without warning
About you
- Four or more years of agency project-management experience, ideally pharma
- Proven experience managing a variety of creative projects, including digital learning, eLearning, and other training materials
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small, nimble team.
- Proven experience of pharma submissions using Veeva, Fuse or a similar tool
- Experience using Workfront would be ideal
$92,500 - $135,000 a year
