Description About Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI) Created in July 2021 as a result of combination of Kuecker Logistics Group, PULSE Integration and QC Software by private equity firm Ares Management, Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI) is a systems integrator that seeks out leading technologies within the areas of material handling equipment and information systems and combines them with proven design and operational strategies to help improve our customersâ operations. Our talented group of industry experts combine the powers of scalable material handling systems, innovative software and custom automation engineering for complete, unique solutions that help companies, across a broad spectrum of industry segments, become leaders in their industries. We are equipment agnostic, and our solutions incorporate leading technologies such as mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), automated guided vehicles (AGV), goods-to-person technology, sortation, and conveyor. KPI currently has approximately 200 FTEs and $150m revenue with growth expected to double in size (at a minimum) through organic and acquisitive activities. The IT Manager ensures the success of KPIâs Cincinnati based software development team by provisioning, maintaining, and monitoring stable and secure software, networks, servers, laptops, phones, and accessories. The IT Manager also provides service and support to the broader KPI organization and participates in enterprise projects. The IT Manager is a forward-thinking leader that contributes to overall IT strategy, identifies areas of improvement aligned with achievable solutions, and provides direction to project and support resources to ensure their success. Ensure environments are secured, backed up, and fault resistant. Manage and maintain: Onboard users, configure and assign PC, phones, and peripherals. Ensure support team provisions correct accounts and licenses. Direct support team to efficiently resolve incidents, implement root cause solutions, and provide level 3 support and troubleshooting Participate in enterprise projects and management of enterprise platforms including Azure, O365, SharePoint, Intune, and cloud-based PBX. On premises wired and wireless networks, including routers, firewalls, and switches On premises servers and virtual machines Cloud and on premises phone systems Maintain and audit asset and license records Requirements BS/BA in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Progressive experience characterized by a high level of service, employee engagement and a culture of accountability preferably in software, automation, or logistics industry. Must be able to build relationships and efficiently establish trust. Natural self-starter, decisive, high energy and positive attitude. Strong organizational and project management skills. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards. Excellent communication both oral and written communication and demonstrated skill to work with all levels of employees.
