The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our Cloud Contact Center solution. You will be a key member of the team, responsible for creating clear and comprehensive technical content for our customers and developers.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to document our products, including CRM integration guides, SDK documentation, and supplemental API information. You will also help us consolidate our existing documentation into our primary platforms, Zendesk and Confluence, ensuring our content is organized, up-to-date, and easy for our users to find and understand.
What You’ll Do
- Create, update, and maintain end-user and developer documentation, including SDK guides, CRM integration instructions, and API references.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and documentation requirements.
- Manage documentation projects and timelines effectively using Jira.
- Consolidate and organize existing documentation within Zendesk and Confluence to create a unified and accessible knowledge base.
- Contribute to creating and publishing release notes for new features and product updates.
- Assist with public-facing, developer-oriented projects.
What You’ll Need
- 2-4+ years of experience in a Technical Writing role.
- Demonstrated experience writing for a technical audience, such as developers (APIs, SDKs).
- Hands-on experience with documentation and project management tools like Zendesk, Confluence, and Jira.
- Proficiency with Markdown, XML, and version control systems like GitHub.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Annual Hiring Compensation: €45,000 - €48,000
*A candidate’s actual placement within this range will depend on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
