Description Therapist Supervisor Position: Full-Time Location: Clifton, New Jersey Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re looking for Therapist Supervisor to oversee the daily performance and clinical quality of a therapy team serving diverse populations. You’ll provide supervision, direction, and mentorship to ensure the consistent delivery of excellent care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Provide individual and group supervision to licensed and associate clinicians. Evaluate staff performance and support professional development. Oversee treatment documentation, case management, and client progress. Implement agency procedures and maintain quality assurance. Act as a resource for clinical problem-solving and case review. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
