Responsibilities include participating in the overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the HVAC, Electrical, or Pumbing industry Proven track record of managing 50 plus employees and ops exceeding or close to 20M Follow process and systems in place to reinforce and drive daily process and systems Oversee day-to-day operation- and report daily Follow process and set goals for growth to 20M Drive Sales and Installation Productivity to meet daily targets Ensure that daily process is followed Hold the KPI's we have in place Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Oversee training of new employees Prepare regular reports for upper management Requirements Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude Benefits Compensation: Pay will be 125 K Base with equal amount in Bonus Compensation.
