What You’ll Do: Assist the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Installation and Service Departments with scheduling, job preparation, and follow-ups Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or service related industries is a plus (but not required) Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have materials, tools, and information for each job Apply for permits and schedule inspection with customer and local county as required Track service tickets, warranties, and installation documentation Support customer communication, including scheduling and confirming appointments Maintain department records and assist with inventory/parts ordering as needed What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and basic office tools A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or service-related industries is a plus (but not required) Why Join Us: Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement Hands-on training and support from experienced team members A stable and growing company where your role truly makes a difference Friendly, team-oriented workplace culture Benefits Why join our team?
