Join Aprio's Firm Alliance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Program Associate to join their dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional virtual and in-person experiences. The Programs Associate will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and logistics of professional development programs, events, and collaborative initiatives.
Virtual Event Support:
- Moderate virtual sessions, including setup, polling, breakout rooms, recording, and troubleshooting.
- Create Zoom meeting links and manage calendar holds for events, rehearsals, and speaker prep.
- Collaborate with Aprio L&D for CPE/CPD requirements.
Event Logistics:
- Build and maintain Cvent registration sites and meeting apps.
- Coordinate printing needs with external vendors.
- Support session development: develop agendas and session outlines, coordinate session materials and ensure compliance with branding and NASBA standards.
- Onsite support: registration desk, shipping logistics/coordination, CPE/CPD documentation, and amenities coordination.
- Support for Aprio office-hosted programs: space booking, IT coordination, catering, signage, and shipping logistics.
Operational Support:
- Track project progress and identify and escalate project obstacles to team leader and communicate with other key stakeholders.
- Provide level 2 support for program related cases
Marketing & Communications Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing/comms on signage and collateral needs.
- Assist with evaluations: build forms, collaborate on dashboards, and share results.
- Manage the Aprio Alliance community calendar of programs.
- Maintain content on alliance community portal sites.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, event planning, or project management.
- Strong project management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Cvent, ClickUp, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom preferred) and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with NASBA compliance and CPE/CPD processing.
- Experience in professional services environment.
- Experience in both virtual and in-person event logistics.
- Comfort working with external vendors, speakers, and sponsors.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field.
