We are seeking the talents of a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator (M/F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézaneâs journey. The position is based in our office, in Los Angeles . Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and brand identity of all US retail store locations. This role ensures that facilities are safe, efficient, and visually aligned with brand standards. The coordinator will manage vendors, track service requests, schedule preventative maintenance, and support new store openings or remodels. As Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator , your missions will be the following: Maintenance Serve as the primary point of contact for all store maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and reliable communication with the store teams. Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance for all stores (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, etc.). Respond to urgent repair needs and support store teams with troubleshooting guidance in partnership with the Retail Operations Manager. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and vendor invoices. Facilitate in sourcing and building a reliable network of vendors for each store location. Health, Safety, and Compliance Ensure facilities meet OSHA, ADA, fire, and other local safety and regulatory requirements at all times. Support company sustainability initiatives by monitoring energy usage and implementing efficiency measures. Retail Support Partner with store management teams to understand facility needs and resolve issues with minimal business disruption. Support new store openings, remodels, and deinstalls by coordinating maintenance, utility setups/cancellations, and vendor scheduling. Ensure all facilities present a clean, safe, and brand-appropriate customer and employee environment. Requirements Your profile: 4+ years of experience in facilities coordination, retail operations, or property management. Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and retail facilities standards. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Google Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Effective communicator, comfortable interfacing with internal teams and external vendors. Able to travel to local retail stores as needed. Will be available during off-hours and weekends for maintenance emergencies when the Retail Operations Manager is unavailable.
