Position Summary: The Senior Copywriter is a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who develops compelling, brand-aligned copy across all Amare Global channels. This role is responsible for crafting persuasive, compliant, and emotionally engaging content that connects emotionally, drives conversion, and reinforces Amareâs mission of mental wellness and personal empowerment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can translate complex product and business concepts into clear, compelling communication that drives engagement and growth. Youâll collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, Product, and Field Development teams to produce copy that informs, inspires, and motivates â from product launches and campaigns to digital marketing, video scripts, and sales tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, on-brand copy for a wide range of marketing assets, including product launches, campaigns, websites, landing pages, email, social media, print materials, and video scripts, including: Product descriptions, packaging, and labels Email campaigns and landing pages Paid ads and website content Video scripts, event materials, and sales tools Field and Brand Partner communications Collaborate with design, product marketing, compliance, and executive teams to ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements (FTC, FDA), and company values. Translate complex product science and wellness concepts into accessible, engaging language. Maintain and evolve Amareâs tone of voice and messaging guidelines across all touchpoints. Edit and proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance. Contribute to creative ideation sessions for campaigns, launches, and storytelling initiatives. Ensure all copy aligns with regulatory, brand, and compliance standards. Mentor junior writers and help elevate creative quality across the team. Requirements Job Requirements Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in health, wellness, nutrition, or direct selling industries. Proven track record of developing high-performing creative content for diverse audiences. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of brand voice. Strong grasp of marketing strategy, consumer psychology, and conversion-focused copy. Ability to balance creativity with compliance and scientific accuracy. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Passion for wellness, mental health, and helping others live their best lives. Preferred Experience Experience supporting international markets and adapting messaging for global audiences. Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools. Passion for health, wellness, and personal development.
