Join Aprio's Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Partner Success to join their dynamic team.
We are seeking a Senior Associate for our Partner Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Partner Services team with data analysis, financial analysis, reporting and other responsibilities. This role requires a desire to support Aprio team (including partners) by providing excellent work output and service.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with M&A performance tracking
- Assist with monthly forecasting
- Assist with financial modeling tasks
- Ad hoc requests from the Sr. Manager, Partner Services and Director, Treasury
Qualifications:
- Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 3 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week. Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
- Experience in Power BI is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking skills to analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions
- Self-motivated and curious in nature
- Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset
- Collaborative and works closely as a team player
- Strong financial management background and success working with a highly competent and innovative executive team.
