PMG is forming a new team of builders focused on automation and rapid prototyping - people who turn real problems into working tools.

As a Strategy Coordinator, you’ll help shape how marketing and media teams work in an increasingly automated world. You’ll design automations, workflows, and lightweight apps that streamline how PMG teams plan, activate, and measure performance for some of the world’s leading brands. You’ll work at the intersection of business, marketing operations, large data, and technology - using tools like Zapier, N8n, Replit, and AI platforms to build smart, scalable solutions that simplify how we operate.

Your work will ultimately connect into PMG’s proprietary platform, Alli - the technology that powers data, media, and automation for our clients. You’ll learn how to build within its ecosystem while helping shape the next wave of tech-enabled efficiency across the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve internal workflows
  • Build and test prototypes using Zapier, N8n, Make, Airtable, or Notion API
  • Develop lightweight apps and integrations in low-code environments like Replit, Cursor, or Retool
  • Experiment with AI tools and APIs to extend automation capabilities
  • Collaborate with PMG’s tech and business teams to refine and scale successful builds
  • Document your work and share learnings to help teammates adopt new tools

  • Able to translate complex business and marketing needs into simple, working prototypes
