Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support property operations. This role ensures the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property through hands-on maintenance and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, versatile, and professional in interactions with tenants, vendors, and guests. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues. Maintain interior and exterior areas including painting, drywall, tile work, lighting, doors, sidewalks, and seasonal landscaping. Ensure cleanliness and safety of roofs, drains, catch basins, common areas, service courts, mechanical rooms, and public areas. Assist with event setup and teardown, including staging, signage, and lighting. Operate lift equipment and ladders to perform repairs and maintenance. Will be required when needed to work weekends and/or evenings as required by management and respond to emergency maintenance related situations as needed. Collaborate with contractors and vendors as needed. Support work order management and process improvement initiatives. Monitor and follow up on housekeeping standards, landscaping and snow removal operation across the property. Proactively inspect and maintain interior/exterior areas regarding risk management issues and inform departmental management of priority repair issues. Purchase and transport supplies and materials for maintenance tasks. Provide courteous assistance to tenants and guests, contributing to a positive customer experience. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance and operational needs of the property. Requirements General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset. Valid driverâs license. Ability to read blueprints and follow OSHA safety guidelines. Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
