Description The Cambiar Catalyst Fellowship is a yearlong learning experience which accelerates the most promising diverse talent into instructionally-focused senior school systems roles, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to work with their communities to enact transformational change. More than 250 individuals - the majority of whom are people of color and women - have completed this Fellowship since its inception in 2013. More than two-thirds were promoted to a higher position, including to Superintendent and CEO roles, within a year of completing the Fellowship. Learning in the Fellowship takes place both in-person and virtually. Fellows receive 150+ hours of instruction including 100+ hours of direct learning. All fellows receive yearlong coaching on their own leadership development through Harvard-certified executive coaches. For more information, please visit https://catalyst.cambiareducation.org/ . Application Deadline: Friday, October 31, 2025 Estimated Time to Complete Application: 15 min The full application process includes the following steps: Round 1: Application (15 min) Round 2: One Way Interview (up to 60 min) Round 3: Virtual Interview (45 min) Round 4: Reference Check (30 min) Round 5: Final Selection at ASU+GSV Summit Selection Event or Virtual Interview Round 6: Final Notification The initial round of interviews will take place virtually. The final interview will be in-person at a group selection event. This will take place at the ASU+GSV Summit in San Diego, CA the week of April 13th, 2026. Specific dates will be shared at a later time. Airfare, hotel, and registration for the Summit will be provided. The Fellowship Experience consists of 6 Learning Experiences (4 virtual and 2 in-person) across the cohort year. If for any reason you anticipate not being in attendance for a learning experience, we encourage you to speak with a member of the Catalyst team as missing a Learning Experience may impact your engagement in the Fellowship. Below is a list of all Learning Experiences for the 26-27 Cohort.
