As an Event Coordinator at Angel Studios, you’ll help bring light to the world through world-class experiences that amplify our stories. You will coordinate and execute events—large and small—that connect audiences to Angel’s mission and strengthen our relationships with partners, creators, and role requires equal parts creativity and precision. You’ll coordinate logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site execution while upholding Angel’s culture of excellence, gratitude, and ownership.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with Angel’s vision, values, and culture.
- Develop and maintain event plans, timelines, checklists, and communications.
- Manage venue selection, vendor relations, catering, A/V, décor, permits, insurance, and safety compliance.
- Oversee travel, lodging, and transportation logistics for guests, speakers, and team members.
- Track and reconcile event budgets, expenses, and invoices to stay within approved limits.
- Support leadership in scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication.
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences.
- Identify process improvements and act proactively to resolve issues before they impact execution.
- Maintain documentation, records, and post-event reports to inform continuous improvement.

- Post-event evaluations show seamless coordination and high satisfaction.

Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful problem-solver who thrives amid ambiguity.
- Positive energy and high personal accountability.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
- Experience coordinating projects or events (2+ years preferred).
Preferred Background
- Event Management or Project Coordination experience in creative or entertainment industries.
- Exposure to theatrical releases, red-carpet events, or large-scale brand activations.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Full-time, 40 hours per week; may require evenings, weekends, or extended hours for events.
- Travel required (domestic and international).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
Commensurate with experience and scope of responsibility
