IT System Administrator

We’re seeking an IT System Administrator to join our North America IT team. This hands-on role will support daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile issues, while helping improve IT processes, tools, and the overall end-user experience. You’ll also provides Tier 2 technical support to both local and remote users across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer/Support internal and cloud-based infrastructure
• Provide responsive technical support (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, applications, and networks)
• Administer provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts, GPO, conditional access, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and device identity.
• Administer/troubleshoot wired/wireless/VPN network infrastructure
• Manage/Automate hardware deployment and application access
• Support O365 and common endpoint security services
• Maintain IT compliance and security best practices
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, runbooks and process documentation
• Collaborate and business teams to drive improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of System Administration / IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (JAMF, Intune, etc.)
• Experience with wired and wireless networks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• IT certifications a plus
