Description We are looking for a highly organized and technically savvy Creative Project Manager with experience in the beauty or cosmetics world to oversee and drive the execution of all creative projects for one of our beauty clients. This role serves as the central point of coordination across design, production, marketing, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring campaigns and content are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Leadership and a design background are a plus, but the primary focus is on exceptional project management, technical skills, and organizational excellence. Requirements Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all creative projects, including photoshoots, videos, digital campaigns, and marketing assets. Act as the main point of contact between creative teams, marketing, production, and external vendors. Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, budgets, and status updates. Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track. Coordinate resources and workflows across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Implement processes and tools to improve efficiency and communication. Support creative teams in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects. Qualifications: Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) preferred. Leadership experience and/or design background is useful but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Passion for creativity and the beauty/cosmetics industry. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Design, or related field. Previous experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Benefits The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
