What You'll Do: Respond to policyholder inquiries with empathy and professionalism Support clients with policy changes, claims, billing, and service questions Provide knowledgeable support and solutions by phone, email, and chat Work closely with agents, brokers, and back-office teams to resolve issues efficiently Stay updated on insurance products and regulations while building strong client relationships What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of customer service or related experience Stellar problem-solving and communication skills Ability to thrive in a team-centered, client-focused environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; insurance background preferred Why Choose Alliance America?
