We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Associate. They will play a key role in financial and strategic planning, analysis and decision-making within the organisation. You will need to be able to understand the big picture, while also being unafraid to dive into the details and numbers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders helping them to make better strategic decisions by enabling them through data and understanding of financial trade-offs
• Create, update and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
• Build out business reporting metrics and dashboards
• Perform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft our short and long term strategic plan
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to assess market opportunities
• Engage with the business on cross functional strategic projects

Skills and Experience

• A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline
• 2+ years experience in investment banking, consulting or in finance at a high growth company considered a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modelling experience
• Ability to work autonomously
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Experience with SQL preferred
