POSITION OVERVIEW As the Director of Inside Sales, you will hire and lead a team of Sales Associates, developing strategies, tactics, and executing plans to meet and expand market reach and awareness. Your sales expertise and ability to build and maintain strong coaching relationships with your team will be pivotal in developing them and achieving your goals. You will have periodic strategic projects assigned to you by the Head of National Accounts. Through your team, you will be responsible for driving product awareness & revenue pull through. WHAT YOU WILL DO Recruit, hire, and build a team of effective Sales Associates Lead, train, mentor, retain, and coach a team of remote Sales Associates to meet and exceed sales targets and grow revenue. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to support company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas to coach for improvement and develop action plans accordingly. Create and collaborate with teams on tactical plans, campaigns and strategies that are scalable to complement teamsâ current focus Build and maintain strong relationships with team and provide ongoing coaching and direction. Responsible for creating and executing strategic plans and tactics to drive pull through growth with direct team and cross functional teams Identify and develop key customer relationships and partnerships at a leadership level to influence industry and improve awareness Support diverse hiring and related initiatives to meet company goals. Coordinate budget and trade show activities for shows that drive government sales Manage quarterly call plans and manage budget Review CRM reports to identify trends, growth wins, and make adjustments Report out to executive level on growth, challenges and opportunities on a regular basis. · Supports diverse hiring and related initiatives to meet company goals. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the healthcare or nutrition industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Dedication to building high-performing teams while also supporting employeesâ career growth in individual ways. The ability to invite and use the opinions and perspectives of others. An outgoing and positive demeanor, willing to contribute to a team-oriented workplace. Superior negotiating and influencing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component that together comprise the On-Target-Earnings (OTE). The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If hired, employee will be in an âat-will positionâ and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background verification. $130,300 - $159,600 USD For full-time salaried or hourly workers, our total rewards package also include the option to enroll in a company-matched 401k plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employeeâs eligible dependents. Employees will also receive a generous PTO benefit with a starting accrual of 15 days per year (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure), two weeks of paid âRefreshâ leave, 80 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
