Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually + comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities: Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individuals, families, and groups to address diverse emotional and behavioral needs. Perform detailed assessments to craft personalized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients dealing with addiction and mental health concerns. Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of client progress and interventions. Partner with team members to continuously elevate the quality of care. Requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Active LMFT license in your state. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
