Responsibilities:

• Design secure and balanced end-to-end technical solutions.
• Align solutions with market trends and best practices.
• Ensure long-term sustainability and adaptability of architecture.
• Lead and guide the team in solution development and decision-making.
• Promote collaboration, self-organization, and knowledge sharing.
• Define design standards, methodologies, and technical frameworks.
• Supervise architecture development and delegate tasks effectively.
• Solve complex technical problems and empower the team.
• Select and justify appropriate technologies and tools.
• Represent the team in meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Support business proposals and commercial strategies.
• Estimate effort, plan work, and manage progress.
• Apply and share technical and methodological knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to defined methodologies and productivity tool.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Python, Java, Scala, SQL, and Shell scripting
• Experience with big data tools: Apache Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Flink, Airflow
• Skilled in cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, AWS
• Familiar with containerization and infrastructure tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Strong understanding of API development and integration (Spring Boot, Node.js)
• Monitoring and visualization tools: Datadog, Grafana, Tableau
• Designed and maintained scalable data ingestion pipelines
• Migrated legacy systems to cloud-native architectures (AKS, microservices)
• Led end-to-end development of data platforms and streaming solutions
• Supported cross-cloud strategies and proof-of-concept development
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
