Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily audits of closed files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor and follow up on outstanding risk item checks in accordance with established audit guidelines. Review and update files related to title indemnity and held funds with current notes and status updates. Process and distribute refund checks in a timely and accurate manner. Provide accounting and administrative support to the Operations Accountant and Corporate Office. Assist with additional post-closing, accounting, and administrative responsibilities as needed.
