Description Director of Adult Medicine Location: San Francisco, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary Range: $320,000–$330,000 per year Job Summary: We are hiring a Director of Adult Medicine to lead adult primary care services for a diverse patient community, with a strong focus on equity, prevention, and culturally responsive care. Key Duties: Provide compassionate, comprehensive primary care to adult patients. Champion clinical excellence, quality improvement, and risk management. Support an inclusive environment for patients and staff. Mentor and supervise physicians and advanced practice providers. Collaborate across specialties to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements MD or DO; board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine. Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
