Weâre seeking a top-tier strategist to spearhead the development and deployment of Phillipsâs advanced manufacturing solutions, establishing them as essential operational capabilities within the DoW. Your Core Mission: Operational Dominance You will not wait for opportunities; you will engineer them by embedding Phillips at the highest levels of DoW planning and execution. Execute the mandatory insertion of Phillips technologies into exercise design, testing, experimentation, and key warfare centers. Goal: Phillips must be the primary leader in advanced manufacturing for all DoW activities. Design and mandate Phillips solutions that meet the extreme agility and mobility requirements for anticipated combat formations and engineer strategic bundles with high-priority DoW initiatives (AI, hypersonics, unmanned systems). Lead Operational Planning Team (OPT) war-rooms to aggressively structure strategic initiatives. Drive breakthrough revenue and mission outcomes by expanding contract vehicles and fostering lasting partnerships. Required Capabilities A visionary operator with proven experience in the DoW ecosystem will have the following: A proven high-impact strategic/operational role within the Federal sector. Deep, actionable understanding of DoW operational planning, exercise cycles (JELC), and the pathway for technology adoption. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional Operational Planning Teams. Active security clearance (or ability to immediately secure one) is highly preferred.
