We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to work 12-hour shifts who are committed to delivering high-quality nursing care across diverse clinical settings. In this role, you will play a vital part in patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement patient care strategies. Shifts: 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am (12-hour shifts, days and nights available with rotating weekends) Hourly Rate: $50 to $55/hr. OT & Holiday Rate: $75 to 82.50/hr. Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit Responsibilities Assess patients’ health status and identify potential medical complications. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and address patient needs. Educate patients and their families about health management, care plans, and discharge instructions. Document patient care activities, assessments, and treatment responses accurately in patient records. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with nursing practices. #IND3 Requirements Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
