Description Director of Adult Medicine Location: Berkley, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $320,000–$330,000 per year Job Summary: We are hiring a Director of Adult Medicine to lead an adult primary care department, providing both direct patient care and clinical leadership in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care, with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management. Supervise and support physicians and advanced practice providers. Ensure clinical quality, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Requirements MD or DO; board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine. Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
